When I was first diagnosed with diabetes,  

my fasting blood sugar was 136 and my HbA1c was 7.2.


The doctor confirmed diabetes and recommended medication.


But I chose a different path.


I completely cut out sugar and all fruits.  

No rice, no bread, no noodles, no snacks.  

I also eliminated sweet vegetables like pumpkin, carrots, and even avocado.


Instead, I ate only vegetables with no sugar:  

spinach, cabbage, mushrooms, seaweed, bok choy, etc.  

I focused on high-fat keto-friendly vegetables.


For fats, I used only ghee butter and coconut oil.  

No protein except for a small amount from silkworm pupa (a Korean superfood).


I also walked every day and maintained a strict daily routine.  

No cheating. No breaks. Not even once.


As a result, in just 2.5 months,  

my fasting blood sugar dropped to 114 and my HbA1c improved to 6.1.  

I'm now officially in the **pre-diabetic range** — without any medication.
